Bikash Hydropower to Issue IPO for the Public

Bikash Hydropower Company ltd is set to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. The company plans to release shares worth NPR 445.45 million.

As per the announcement, Vikas Hydropower will issue 44,54,596 ordinary shares with a face value of NPR 100 per share. The company has appointed Prabhu Capital limited as the share issue and sales manager for this IPO.

The agreement regarding this appointment was signed by Krishna Prasad Ghimire, Managing Director of Bikash Hydropower, and Dinesh Thakali, Managing Director of Prabhu Capital. Bikash Hydropower is currently Operating the Upper Machha Khola  Hydropower Project, located in Darche Rural Municipality of Gorkha District.
