With a diverse portfolio in business leadership and management, I currently serve as the Managing Director of Ghale Harvesting Company Pvt. Ltd. in Mildura, Victoria, Australia. I also hold the position of Director at Bikash Hydropower Company Limited, overseeing the Upper Machha Khola Small Hydropower Project, which boasts a capacity of 4.55 MW & Director of Budhigandaki Hydropower Pvt.Ltd.(Super Machha Khola Small Hydropower Project 4.60 MW). In addition, I am the Director of Lilen Ghale Construction Pvt. Ltd., a Kathmandu-based firm specializing in infrastructure development including road construction and commercial building projects. My entrepreneurial spirit extends to Australia, where I manage Ghale Enterprises.
